Most people end up in Ughville by accident. If you would rather end up at a Banana Ball game, this is how tickets work.

The ticket lottery

Every public ticket to a Banana Ball game goes through a random drawing. You enter for one city. After the lottery closes, entries are drawn at random for each ballpark, and the fans who are drawn get an email with a time to buy. Entering does not guarantee tickets, entering early does not improve your chances, and the drawing cannot be appealed.

Who can enter

  • One entry per person. Extra entries are thrown out.
  • You must be 16 or older and have a government ID. Your name and address must match it.
  • For now, only residents of the United States, Canada and Mexico can enter.
  • Everyone in a household can enter on their own, with their own email and phone, and each person can pick a different city.
  • Your email and cell number must be your own and able to get texts. You cannot change them after you submit.

How to enter

  1. Open the Ticket Lottery List form.
  2. Fill in your name, email, country, cell number and home address.
  3. Pick one City of Interest. The cities are listed under 2027 tour stops.
  4. If you like, tick any special events you would also attend (Atlanta, Nashville, Monterrey, Tijuana, Toronto, Winnipeg and San Juan). Banana Ball contacts you only if it has seats for them, and ticking them does not change your main entry.
  5. If your group is bigger than five, tick the group and hospitality box (suites, clubs, picnic areas, decks) and say how many tickets you need.
  6. Agree to the text passcodes. If you are drawn, you need them to sign in and buy.
  7. Submit. A confirmation email should arrive within 24 hours. Save your lottery submission ID.

After you enter

  • Changing your city. Use the link in your confirmation email, and do it before the lottery closes. Better yet, check your city before you submit.
  • Taking your entry back. Call the Banana Ball front office at (912) 712-2482.
  • Accessible seating. You do not need to mention it in your entry. If you are drawn, accessible seats are offered when you buy.
  • Lottery vouchers. If you were given one, you do not need to enter. Banana Ball will contact you.
  • Results. Expected this winter. Watch the email and phone you entered with. Everyone with a valid entry hears back, drawn or not.
  • Not drawn. You cannot buy through the lottery for that event. You can still try the Fans First Marketplace close to game day, or join the Ticket Interest List for future news.
  • Missed the deadline. Join the Ticket Interest List or click "Notify Me" for your city on the Fans First Marketplace. Neither one promises tickets.

Groups

Fans who are drawn can buy up to five tickets. Group seats for 2027 are very limited, and the only way to be considered is the group box on the lottery form. If no group seats come through, the entry still counts as a regular entry for up to five tickets. Tickets cannot be used for raffles, fundraisers or donations.

Prices and limits

TicketSmaller ballparksMajor league and larger
StandardFrom $35From $40, up to $125
Banana Ball BackstageFrom $100From $125

Prices depend on the ballpark and seating zone.

  • No fees and no added tax. The price you see is the price you pay.
  • Payment. Any major credit card. Prepaid gift cards are not accepted.
  • Children. Kids 3 and under get in free on a lap. If they need their own seat, they need a ticket.
  • Seating zones. You buy a zone, not a seat. Your section, row and seat are assigned closer to the game, a bit like booking an airline seat. Lawns and standing room stay general admission. At Grayson Stadium most seats are first come, first served.
  • Sitting together. Only tickets in the same order are seated together.
  • No seat requests. Aisle seats, front rows and specific seats cannot be requested or bought.
  • No changes. Orders cannot be changed after you buy, and extra tickets later are not guaranteed.
  • Savannah. The hardest ticket on the tour. Banana Ball suggests trying another city, and specific Grayson dates cannot be requested.

Your ticket account

Tickets live in your Fans First Tickets account. Sign in with the same email and phone you used to buy. If you cannot sign in or cannot find your tickets, make sure the email and phone match your order, or ask for a one-time login code.

  • Game day tickets. Your scannable tickets appear about 24 hours before the game, and you get an email when they are ready. Tickets are digital only, so there is nothing to print. Add them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before you leave in case the ballpark has no signal.
  • Sending tickets to someone. Go to Manage Tickets and Transfers, check the tickets, choose View Ticket Transfer Options and enter the person's details. They accept by email with their own Fans First account. K Club tickets work differently; see K Club ticket sales.

Resale and refunds

The Fans First Marketplace

The only official place to buy or sell tickets you cannot use. Tickets are listed at the price originally paid, and there are no fees for buyers or sellers.

  • When it opens. For each game, sometime in the last two weeks before it, after seats are assigned. Click "Notify Me" for your city to get an email when it opens.
  • Buying. Marketplace tickets are for an exact section, row and seat. Marketplace purchases have been limited to five per fan; check your account for the current limit.
  • Selling. In Manage Tickets and Transfers, select your tickets and use the LIST TICKETS button if it appears. You can take a listing down until the Marketplace closes, about an hour after first pitch, as long as it has not sold.
  • Unsold tickets. They show as "Listed on marketplace, unsold" and cannot be refunded.
  • Checks. Purchases are watched for fraud and can be held until you verify your account.

Refunds

  • If you cannot go, you may be able to get a refund, depending on your situation and timing. Contact the ticket office.
  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few business days.
  • You can return part of an order. Say exactly how many tickets.
  • Refunded tickets cannot be brought back.
  • Only tickets bought directly from Fans First Tickets can be refunded.
  • Once the Marketplace opens for your game, tickets you list there can no longer be refunded.

Where not to buy

Fans First Tickets is the only authorized public seller. Tickets on StubHub, Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster and social media are often fake and may not scan. Banana Ball says most ticket offers on social media are scams. Selling tickets for more than face value can get them cancelled with no refund.

The one exception: some host ballparks keep a few premium seats (suites, clubs and hospitality areas) and sell them themselves. If a ticket does not come from Fans First Tickets or the ballpark itself, do not trust it.

Banana Ball Backstage

Formerly the VIB Meet and Greet. A Backstage ticket includes your seat, early entry and a meet and greet with players and characters before the game, with time for photos, autographs and high-fives.

  • There are very few per game. If it is not offered when you buy, it has sold out.
  • Everyone taking part needs a Backstage ticket, including a parent going in with a child.
  • At Grayson Stadium, check in at the first base gate at least 15 minutes before your start time, which is sent to you ahead of time.

The K Club

Banana Ball's official fan club, with more than 40,000 members. Members join in yearly classes (2023 through 2027 so far), and earlier classes get the first chance at tickets.

What members get

  • The chance to buy up to six tickets per game before the lottery, for most events
  • K Club Ambassadors, a support staff just for members
  • Surprise members-only games, spaces and events
  • First access to new and limited merchandise
  • First access to meet and greets and premium experiences
  • Guests: family and friends can come with them
  • A members-only Facebook group

Benefits can change, and membership comes with policies members agree to.

What it is not

  • A way to buy tickets and resell them
  • A way to buy tickets for people who are not members and will go without you
  • A ticket to every game. Games can sell out to earlier classes.

How to join

The K Club is full, and new members join by invitation only. To hear when the next class opens, join the K Club Interest List on the K Club page. Banana Ball does not publish the price of a membership.

For members

  • Renewal. Memberships renew on their own each year, usually in the fall. Keep the card on file up to date.
  • Cancelling. Banana Ball is sending instructions this fall for anyone who does not want to renew for 2027. If you cancel, you lose your class, and coming back means starting over on the Interest List.
  • Badge. If yours never arrived, or you lost or broke it, ask at Fan Services (sometimes called Guest Relations) after the gates open.
  • Facebook group. Ask to join, answer all three questions and use the email on your membership. Every request is checked.

K Club ticket sales for 2027

K Club members do not need to enter the lottery. They buy in two parts, each at a time slot drawn at random for them alone. Slots differ for every member.

  • Part 1, week of November 2, 2026. Every game from February through May.
  • Part 1, week of November 9, 2026. Games at Grayson Stadium in Savannah.
  • Part 2, January 2027. Every game from June through September. The week has not been announced.
  • Playoffs. The September playoffs are sold later and separately.

The rules

  • Members buy through Fans First Tickets. A link arrives by email when the slot opens, or members can sign in directly.
  • Members can buy as many games as they like while seats last, except at Grayson Stadium, where the limit is two games. Secret Peel games count toward those two. Playoff games do not.
  • Up to six tickets per game. After the sales end, members trade extra tickets with each other in event pages in the Facebook group.
  • Accessible seats are sold during K Club sales and marked on the ticket type. Members who need them after buying can ask Fan Services on game day to move them, if seats are open.
  • The four teams in the Banana Ball Open in April 2027 are not known during Part 1.

Policies

  • No gifting. K Club tickets can only be sent to other K Club accounts. Friends and family can go with the member, not instead of the member.
  • No scalping. Tickets listed or sold above face value anywhere get the membership cancelled, with no refund.
  • No raffles or fundraisers.
  • No group tickets. The K Club does not sell suites or group seats. Members use the group box on the lottery form like everyone else, and membership does not improve their chances.

Sidekicks

  • Each member names one non-member per season, such as a spouse, partner, relative or close friend, who can go in their place.
  • It is meant for last-minute surprises, not planned gifts. A member who already knows they cannot go is asked not to use it.
  • Sidekicks get no member benefits, badge or buying access.
  • Tickets can be sent to a Sidekick starting 24 hours before first pitch.
  • The date to name a 2027 Sidekick has not been announced. In the meantime, the Sidekick should make a Fans First account.
  • If neither the member nor the Sidekick can go, the member can offer the tickets to other members in the Facebook group.

Game day

  • Ballpark guides. Every 2027 stop gets its own Know Before You Go page with parking, gates, bag rules and accessibility. None are posted yet. They appear on Banana Ball's Know Before You Go page as games are scheduled, and each ballpark has its own security rules.
  • Arriving. First pitch times are shown when you buy and can change. Plan to be in your seat 30 minutes early, and check your email before you leave.
  • Weather. Banana Ball does everything it can to play once the weather clears. Any change goes out by email and on social media.
  • No Bananas? All six teams play by the same rules and put on the same kind of show.
  • Birthdays. There are no birthday packages, announcements or scoreboard messages.
  • On-field fun. Fans who take part are picked at random during the game.

Savannah (Grayson Stadium), subject to change

  • Food is included. Hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chips, cookies, soda and water come with your ticket. This is only at Grayson. Beer and specialty food cost extra.
  • Cashless. Bring a card.
  • Times. Thursday to Saturday: plaza and Before the Peel Show 4:30 p.m., gates 5:30, show 6:30. Sunday: plaza 10:30 a.m., gates 11:30, show 12:30.
  • Parking. Very limited. Rideshare drop-off at the plaza is recommended, and there is free parking away from the stadium with free shuttles.
  • Accessibility. Accessible parking and Entrance B are on the third base side.
  • Security. Metal detectors at every gate. No weapons (knives included), glass, outside alcohol or outside chairs.

2027 tour stops

77 stops outside Savannah, from the league's 2027 schedule. On the lottery form, each stop is a City of Interest.

Savannah: 20 regular-season games at Grayson Stadium from Mar 12 to Sep 4, plus the All-Star Game and the Playoffs. The lottery treats every Grayson event as one choice.
